This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you visit TheCircusofHope.com or sign up for any offer through The Circus of Hope, how that information is used, and what choices you have. It is written in plain language because you deserve to understand it.
This policy applies to all visitors to The Circus of Hope and anyone who provides personal information through this website or through the tools used to deliver programs and communications, including Fillout, Kit, Teachery, and Calendly.
Information you provide directly. When you opt in to receive a Take Your Place Playbook, attend a free workshop, or contact me through this website, you provide your name, email address, and, for the Take Your Place Playbook, your answers to a short set of reflection questions about what you are navigating. I collect only what you give me, and only when you choose to give it.
Information collected automatically. This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify does not use cookies to track visitors on pages like this one. Tools embedded on certain pages, such as Fillout, Kit, Teachery, and Calendly, may set their own cookies as part of how they normally function; their privacy practices are linked throughout this policy. I do not use Google Analytics or any additional third-party tracking tools of my own.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. I do not add you to lists you did not ask to be on.
Email delivery for The Circus of Hope is managed by Kit. When you opt in to any offer, your name and email address are stored in Kit's system and subject to Kit's privacy practices, which you can review at Kit.com.
Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and your request will be honored promptly. Unsubscribing from email communications does not delete your account if you have purchased or accessed content through this website.
Your Take Your Place Playbook is created using Fillout, the form platform that collects your responses. Those responses are automatically routed through Make, an automation tool, into Airtable, where I store and reference them to generate your personalized Playbook. Fillout's privacy practices can be reviewed at fillout.com, Make's at make.com, and Airtable's at airtable.com.
Your Playbook answers are used only to create your personalized document and, if you choose to continue working with me, to inform our conversations together. They are not shared, sold, or used for any purpose beyond that.
I use Teachery to host live events, courses, and replays. When you register for those events, you will be guided to the Teachery platform to set up an account and access your materials. You can view Teachery's privacy practices at Teachery.com.
Phone calls and private sessions are booked through Calendly. When you book a session, you provide your name, email address, and your preferred time. This information is used only to confirm and conduct your session. Calendly's privacy practices can be reviewed at calendly.com.
Sessions are held via video call on Zoom. Their privacy practices are at Zoom.com.
I retain your contact information for as long as you remain on my email list or have an active relationship with The Circus of Hope. If you unsubscribe and have no active programs or sessions, Teachery may retain your data in its system according to its policies if you are still an active student. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing lynne@thecircusofhope.com.

This site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Some pages include embedded tools, such as the Fillout form, Kit sign-up forms, or Calendly booking, which may set their own functional cookies as part of how they work. The Circus of Hope is designed for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided information through this site, please contact me and I will remove it promptly.
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes will be noted in an email to active subscribers.
